David Carter is a native of upstate South Carolina. He is an avid hunter and 
has always had a passion for the outdoors, wildlife, and land. With his previous sales experience, he decided to get his real estate license in 2015 and has never looked back. He offers a huge network of buyers and sellers and goes the extra mile for his clients. He is truly a land specialist. David is also a licensed home builder. David sells homes with acreage, hunting/recreational, timber, cattle farms, and developement properties.
David earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Anderson College, now known as Anderson University. He is a former standout pitcher for the Anderson University Trojans and currently holds the career record for number of strikeouts (195). He is also tied for most career wins (22) and single-season wins (10).
David currently resides in Anderson, South Carolina. He and his wife, Caroline, have a son Jackson and daughter Cate. In his free time, you can find him spending time with his family, deer hunting, turkey hunting, bass fishing, playing golf, and selling land. David is licensed in SC and GA. Freddy Taylor (Clemson Forestry 99’) brings a lifetime of outdoor experience to Carter Outdoor Realty. Freddy lives on a farm in Anderson with his wife (Sherri), daughter (Maggie, 14) and son (Little Fred, 5). He enjoys lots of outdoor activities including hunting and fishing.
Travis Moon was born into a local auto repair family business and has been working on cars since before he could drive one. With some unforeseen time off, he decided to capitalize on his love for land and dove into the real estate business head first. With an exceptional work ethic and knowledge of the upstate, he is committed to exceeding client expectations.
Travis was born and raised in Anderson and still resides there with his wife, Kelly, and four children. He enjoys bow hunting, fishing, camping, and being outdoors with his family. Travis takes pride in getting things done the right way and welcomes the opportunity to work with buyers and sellers to accomplish their goals.
Carol Anne Bailey has been involved in helping people buy and sell land and farms for over 15 years. Her experience began growing up on the family farm in North Georgia. She moved to the upstate in 1989 to complete her vet tech degree. She now owns and operates Red Creek Farm, a working farm and pet boarding facility. Carol Anne is a nationally recognized border collie breeder, trainer, and judge, for herding sheep and cattle.
